Newton2 Module Reference

Second order Newton method.

This solver is based upon the second order Newton method. Hessian Stencils are needed. \[x_{n+1} = x_n-\gamma\left[\mathbf{H} E\right]^{-1}\cdot\nabla E\]

  Output slot for residual.

This module is templated. There are instances with T=int,float,double.
An additional parameter called templatetype may be used to select which instantiation you want.
