PETSc implementation of a solver.
This solver is based on the PETSc library. It has been designed to run on multiple instances (machines, cpus) simultaneously.

This Module subclasses Solver< T >.

This module is templated. There are instances with T=int,float,double.
An additional parameter called templatetype
may be used to select which instantiation you want.
